HISTORY

Loughborough United Reformed Church was founded as Loughborough Congregational Church in 1828, located in Ashby Square, and moved to its present location on the corner of Frederick Street and Heathcoat Street in 1908. In the early 1970s, the Congregational Churches and Presbyterian Churches in England and Wales joined together to form the United Reformed Church.

We form part of the East Midlands Synod of the United Reformed Church.
